What we did
1/ Accounting. We set up detailed accounting system based on Google Sheets, allowing to track not only money transactions, but all analytics needed: projects, sales geo, sales staff.
2/ Reporting. Real-time reporting tool showing general cash flow picture, PL, sales dynamics and structure, relative metrics and their dynamics: average check, margin%, fulfilling plan vs actual results. Analysis of financial statements and reports.
3/ Decision-making. As CFOs, we provided full support in evaluation of future decisions based on hard metrics.
