What we did
1/ Accounting. We implemented convenient accounting and real-time reporting instrument based on Google Sheets. Now Owner and executive team understand:
- what is cash balance as of now across the company
- projects' profitability
- projects' liquidity (i.e. pace of cash inflows and cash outflows on projects)
- where are money spent
2) Financial model. We implemented and supported weekly rolling financial planning tool. It allowed to plan financial activity and to stress-test possible scenarios

What we did
1/ Accounting. We set up detailed accounting system based on Google Sheets, allowing to track not only money transactions, but all analytics needed: projects, sales geo, sales staff.
2/ Reporting. Real-time reporting tool showing general cash flow picture, PL, sales dynamics and structure, relative metrics and their dynamics: average check, margin%, fulfilling plan vs actual results. Analysis of financial statements and reports.
3/ Decision-making. As CFOs, we provided full support in evaluation of future decisions based on hard metrics.

Results
The owner got support in regular preparation of analysis of information: profitability of sales channels, effectiveness of marketing activities, profitability of different SCU or their groups.

What we did
Corrected the rules and discipline how data are accumulated in accounting system. And built complex system of real-time dashboards based on MS Power BI, showing:
1/ balances of cash across the whole company
2/ projects profitability and liquidity dashboard, where in one place we and the owner could see for each project: the planned profit, plan vs actual on cash receipts and direct cash spendings. And hence to control markers of possible cash gaps
3/ revenue structure by all types of projects
